Personal bio

I am a construction disputes professional with over 12 years of experience in delay and quantum matters on major infrastructure and energy projects. My expertise covers forensic delay analysis, quantum assessment, and dispute management across rail, telecom, hydro-tunnels, power transmission, and building & factories.

I have acted as an expert and assisted tribunals and legal teams, in domestic and international arbitrations under SIAC, SCC, DIAC, and ICC rules, with experience spanning India, Middle East, Russia, Malaysia, and Singapore. My work also includes engagements on fraud assessment in infrastructure and hotel projects.

I am a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London (MCIArb), hold a Certificate in Dispute Management from IIAM, and a postgraduate qualification in Quantity Surveying and Contracts Management from NICMAR. I am also a qualified Civil Engineer.
