Tony has spent his career in large legal organisations working on some of the most complex commercial transactions to take place in Ireland. Tony advises on all aspects of commercial property and construction transactions, including negotiating the acquisition and sale of properties, funding of property acquisitions, commercial property developments, commercial leases, bank lending, mergers and acquisitions and advising on the relevant aspects of new legislation and case law. Tony through his AITI tax qualification and work experience has considerable expertise in relation to VAT on property, in addition to Stamp Duty and other taxes.
