A seasoned Civil Engineer and Contract Management Expert with over 37 years of experience in construction project delivery in public and private sectors, dispute resolution, and contract administration. Has vast experience of working in high rise buildings, infrastructure and commercial buildings etc. Former Member Planning & Design and Member Engineering, CDA. Registered as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb, UK), and included in the list of approved Arbitrators by Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), with a proven track record in managing high-value construction disputes, serving as an Arbitrator, Umpire, Mediator, and Dispute Board Chairman/Member. Rendered 17 arbitration awards as Arbitrator/Umpire with 11 awards upheld by the Courts and no award set aside by any Court, contributed in four amicable settlements including one at ICC Singapore. Published author and academic, contributing over 30 international research papers and key national documents including Master Plan of Islamabad and Building Code of Pakistan. He has also written a book on “Practical Aspects of Project Management” that is under printing/publication
