Since commencing his practice as a solicitor at an international firm, Jacky has been developing his practice in securities regulatory matters (advising and representing parties on market misconduct issues) and on a wide range of civil and commercial disputes in both litigation and arbitration contexts.

He has appeared as an advocate in his own right at the High Court, District Court and Magistrates Court levels, and also as prosecution counsel at the Magistrates Court level.

He is on the Legal Aid Panel for commercial litigation matters, and participant of the Convention Against Torture & Non-Refoulement Claims Scheme.

He is conversant in English and Putonghua and able to conduct trial in English and Cantonese/Punti.
