Chiara is the Honorary Secretary and Treasurer of the Scottish Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. The Scottish Branch is actively involved in promoting all forms of ADR in the Scottish Market.

Chiara is also an Associate specialising in resolving infrastructure, energy and construction disputes at CMS. She acts for clients across the supply chain (employers contractors and sub-contractors) within a variety of sectors, including the energy and public sectors, north and south of the border. She is experienced in all forms of dispute resolution, including litigation, arbitration, adjudication and mediation.

Chiara is admitted as a solicitor in Scotland, and England and Wales.

Chiara is Past President of the Scottish Young Lawyers’ Association (SYLA) where she used this platform to encourage junior lawyers to become involved with the wider profession through organising educational, networking and CPD events. Chiara is also a committee member of the National Association of Women in Construction.
