Nabin Bhandari stands out as a highly experienced legal expert. He is the Founding and the Managing Partner of the Bhandari Law and Partners. He is one of the top lawyer in Nepal who has extensive experience in the matter of dispute resolution and arbitration.
Nabin holds a Master's in International Business Law from the University of Brussels, Belgium, and also has experience of the completion of short-term legal courses from Switzerland and UK-based universities.
He has also completed different course of arbitration and also represent the different international arbitration institutions which is outline below:
1. Completed the Course of London Summer International Arbitration School,2022 organized by the Arbitration Lab London.
2. Working as the Executive Member of Energy Disputes Arbitration Center, Turkey.
3. Working as the Executive Member of Young International Council of Commercial Arbitration at Hague, Netherland.
4. Fellow of Young ICCA Mentorship Program 2023/24 a specialized international arbitration course organized by International Commercial Arbitration Council .
5. Qualified as fellow of MCIArb of Chartred Institute of Arbitrators, UK.
