Mr Shian-Jiun (Jack “Nitro”) Lin MCIArb

Shian-Jiun Lin (Jack “Nitro” Lin), MCIArb, is an Aerospace, Unmanned Systems and Cross-Border Collaboration Specialist with experience spanning aviation, aerospace technology, system evaluation, technology integration and international collaboration. His educational and professional development includes studies at Virginia Military Institute and professional training programs offered by MIT and Harvard University.

As an MCIArb, Jack has professional knowledge of arbitration in cross-border matters. With practical experience spanning Taiwan and the United States, he works professionally in both English and Mandarin Chinese. Having passed the Taiwan Bar (Lawyer) Examination, he combines technical insight with legal understanding to support international technology cooperation, help prevent disputes and, when disputes arise, address them through arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
