Personal bio

I am a thirty-five-year RICS-qualified Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS 0077010) and a CIARB fellow. My career has been in contracting and professional private practice in Ireland, Bahrain, Qatar, and the UK.
I am involved in Construction dispute resolution with Adjudication party representation, Expert report writing and surveying quantum.
I hold the MSc in Construction Law & Dispute Resolution [merit award] from Leeds Beckett University and the RICS Post Graduate Diploma in Construction Adjudication.
I am a registered construction adjudicator on the CIArb [Ireland Branch] Adjudicators – Construction Act 2013 list and an Adjudicator on the UK Construction Industry Council Low-Value Dispute panel.
