Dr. Jeneice De Coteau, ACiArb, is a renowned conflict resolution practitioner, author, and educator with over two decades of experience. As founder of Officium Training Limited, she leads innovative mediation and ADR education, including the flagship Community Conflict Resolution Centre, a partnership with the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service. Dr. De Coteau has authored 'Harmony Unveiled: A Basic Guide to Conflict Resolution' and co-authored a chapter in 'Prospects and Challenges for Caribbean Societies.' A respected educator, she trains thousands annually, bridging theory and practice in ADR for crime prevention, team dynamics, and community resilience.
