Personal bio
Francis Lansakara, a Singaporean, about 68 years of age commenced his seagoing carrier in Singapore as an Officer Cadet and excelled to the Captain in Command. Later he admitted to University of London for Master of Laws degree and successfully graduated with a specialisation in Maritime Laws.
He is currently employed under JMC Nautical PTE LTD and his practice include marine survey, consultancy, maritime Law lecturer and expert witness in arbitration. He is a Fellow of the Nautical Institute of UK, a Council Member and Editor of The Singapore Nautical Institute and a Member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK.
