Bander Alnogaithan is a distinguished Saudi legal professional and licensed lawyer based in Riyadh, specializing in corporate, banking, insurance law, and complex litigation. In 2009, he founded The Law Office of Bander Alnogaithan, a boutique firm known for handling high-profile cases for a prestigious clientele.
Arbitration & Dispute Resolution:
Certified Arbitrator accredited by the Ministry of Justice, the Saudi Bar Association, and the Commercial and General Courts. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) in London. His extensive arbitration record includes serving as a tribunal chair, a sole arbitrator, an ICC Saudi law expert, and a party-appointed arbitrator in major commercial agency disputes and other cases valued at SAR 4.8 billion.
Prior Professional Experience:
Appointed by the Saudi Council of Ministers, he served as a Member of The Committee for Resolution of Insurance Disputes & Violations, managing over 800 disputes and presiding over 480 hearings. He also worked as an Associate Lawyer at White & Case LLP focusing on IPOs and M&A transactions, and as a Legal Adviser at the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA).
Education & Credentials:
He holds two Master of Laws (LL.M.) degrees: one from Harvard Law School (2007) and another in Banking and Financial Law from Boston University School of Law (2008). He earned his Bachelor of Law from King Abdulaziz University (2002).
He is fully bilingual in Arabic and English.
