John is a Construction Adjudicator, Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) and specialist in construction disputes, providing independent quantum analysis and commercial advisory services to contractors, developers and legal teams involved in complex construction and engineering matters.

In addition John is also a Chartered Manager (CMgr) and Incorporated Engineer (IEng), with over 20 years’ experience across project delivery, commercial management, and dispute resolution, John provides clear, evidence-based opinions that withstand scrutiny.

His work spans adjudication, arbitration, expert determination, and litigation support, where his services have been applied to complex quantum matters, the interrogation of claims, and provision of structured, reasoned opinions.
