Personal bio

Andrew was a surveyor with DTZ before qualifying as a
solicitor in 1997. Prior to joining Keystone Law in 2018, he was
with Payne Hicks Beach, Osborne Clarke, and CMS.

Recognised as a Leading individual and Recommended
lawyer for Real Estate Disputes by Legal 500 and Chambers
and Partners since 2006.

He advises on a wide range of contentious matters,
including valuation negligence, planning disputes,
compulsory purchase and statutory valuation claims, fee
entitlement, failure to complete transactions, and disputes
arising from property sales and enquiries. His experience
also covers neighbour, construction, insolvency and wider
commercial disputes.

Andrew has particular expertise in property-related
disputes, acting on landlord and tenant matters such
as lease renewals, rent reviews, service charge disputes,
dilapidations, break notices, possession and occupation
issues, shared ownership arrangements, leasehold
enfranchisement and other tenancy matters.

A former advisory panel member of the Royal Institution of
Chartered Surveyors, Andrew is also a regular contributor to
the property press and a former lecturer.
