Expertise covers delay and disruption claims, variation and change management, contract administration, risk allocation, and entitlement analysis under standard forms of contract.
Experienced a high value infrastructure and building projects, advising on contractual strategy, dispute avoidance mechanisms, and formal proceedings including arbitration.
