Personal bio
I help parties, counsel and tribunals navigate complex construction and infrastructure disputes, with particular focus on FIDIC contracts, claims, adjudication, arbitration, delay analysis, quantum and expert evidence.
I act as adjudicator, arbitrator and expert in matters arising from major civil engineering and infrastructure projects. I also support parties and counsel with claims preparation and defence, contract administration strategy, delay and quantum analysis, dispute board proceedings, arbitration support and expert work.
I bring a dual technical and legal perspective, combining civil engineering, construction law and practical dispute experience across the Western Balkans, Europe, Central Asia and international projects. My experience includes FIDIC-based contracts, extension of time claims, prolongation costs, valuation and measurement issues, termination disputes, contract interpretation, and dispute resolution under adjudication, dispute boards and arbitration.
