Personal bio
I am degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying and Law and is a Professional Member of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. I have also successfully completed the RICS-accredited Mediator course and the Bond Solon / Cardiff University Expert Witness Training (CUBS).
I have been appointed as an independent expert witness in quantum and delay and has given written and oral evidence and participated in witness conferencing in ICC, DIFC, DIFC-LCIA, DIAC, ADCCAC, ADIAC, GCCCAC and QICCA arbitrations, and in DAB proceedings, in the Middle East and Europe as well as regularly acting as an expert adviser to claimants, respondents and their counsel in prosecuting and defending claims in arbitration proceedings, adjudications and expert determinations. Additionally I have also been appointed to assist local court-appointed experts in reviewing parties’ claims.
