I am an international dispute resolution lawyer qualified in England & Wales, BVI, Australia and the People's Republic of China. I am also a Solicitor Advocate with Higher Rights (Civil) in England.
I have been working in the field of international arbitration with a shipping and (re)insurance focus since 2006. I also have extensive experience with shareholder disputes in offshore jurisdictions.
I have been appointed as sole and co-arbitrator in HKIAC, SHIAC and LMAA arbitrations over the past two years.
I am open to accept appointment as advocate or arbitrator.
