I have been a specialist family barrister for over 30 years. I am committed to all forms of ADR and I believe that arbitrating early in disputes about children is unarguably in the best interests of families and in particular children. Avoiding the inevitable delay involved in court applications, together with the more informal process goes a long way in improving the experience for all involved.
