I am an NEC contract specialist, planner, and quantity surveyor, providing forensic analysis on complex programme, delay, and entitlement matters across Nuclear, Defence, Rail, Aviation, Oil & Gas, and Civils.

I accept appointments as an independent expert in dispute avoidance, adjudication and arbitration on construction and engineering disputes. My work centres on forensic delay analysis, compensation event assessment, and contract administration under NEC3 and NEC4. Project experience includes Hinkley Point C, HS2, Crossrail, AWE Aldermaston, and Sellafield.

Before focusing on dispute work, I spent many years working alongside main contractors, consultancies and specialist subcontractors. That delivery background grounds my analysis in how programmes behave on site, not how they look on paper.
