As a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS, MAIQS, CQS), I bring over 16 +years of international experience in commercial management, contract administration, and cost engineering across high-profile infrastructure and mega projects in the Middle East. I am passionate about driving successful project outcomes, optimizing cost
efficiency, and ensuring contract compliance.
Currently, I lead cost management and contract administration for large-scale developments, reporting directly
to project directors, and guiding multidisciplinary teams through all project phases. My expertise spans pre-
and post-contract management, risk mitigation, value engineering, claims resolution, and stakeholder engagement.
