David’s qualifications are BSc in quantity surveying, FRICS, FCICES, FCIArb and CEDR accredited mediator. He has undertaken many appointments as independent quantum expert witness (Lexology Index Listing as Recommended Global Quantum Expert) in the last 25 years and has more recently undertaken appointments as expert determiner and dispute board member.
