I’m an Associate Member of CIArb (ACIArb) and a people-centred projects leader with an MBA (Leadership & Sustainability), University of Cumbria. My work sits at the intersection of technology and facilities management—delivering cross-border initiatives, negotiating vendor arrangements, and supporting executive governance in mission-driven organisations. I focus on practical ADR: early case assessment, mediated outcomes, and clear contract controls (including SLAs) that keep teams productive while managing risk. Interests include service-level agreements, and change management. I value fair process, transparent communication, and solutions that balance organisational objectives with dignity for people—resolving issues early while protecting relationships and results.
