Jason is a New York attorney, Hong Kong barrister, and consultant based in Japan. While engaging in a broad practice in international arbitration and cross-broader litigation (both in Hong Kong and Japan), Jason has concurrently been advancing his academic interests in the interaction between international relations and public international law
