I am a Hong Kong–qualified solicitor with a practice spanning criminal, civil, and commercial litigation, arbitration, and regulatory compliance. I was admitted as a Solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong in December 2024, and I am an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb) as well as a member of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC). I am currently based in Hong Kong, where I represent corporate and individual clients in complex disputes before the High Court (CFI), District Court, and Magistrates’ Courts. My practice emphasises multi-party cross-border disputes, cyber fraud, asset recovery, and digital asset/Web3 regulatory frameworks, alongside AML/CFT advisory and financial crime prevention.
