I provide strategic contractual leadership to large-scale infrastructure and real estate projects across Oman and the GCC , bridging project execution, risk management, and legal compliance through the effective application of FIDIC principles, Omani law, and bespoke contract frameworks.
I specialize in structuring and negotiating main contracts with Employers, Joint Venture and Cooperation Agreements, managing claims and disputes, and overseeing project insurances and bond compliance. I also design and implement contract procedures, RACI matrices, and SOPs that enhance governance, accountability, and performance visibility.
