Capital projects, infrastructure and commercial advisory professional with 14+ years of experience across Egypt, Qatar and UK-linked markets, combining major-project delivery, programme assurance, performance improvement and senior stakeholder leadership. I currently lead UK government infrastructure and mining engagement in Egypt, originating and progressing complex opportunities with ministries, investors, financiers, EPC contractors, technology providers and international consultancies. My experience spans front-end strategy, procurement, contracting, governance, cost and schedule control, risk management, claims, quality, stakeholder alignment and handover. I have supported high-profile programmes including the circa US$4bn Cairo Monorail, EgyptAir’s circa US$1.5bn Airbus A350 transaction, high-speed rail systems, water and desalination investment programmes, and complex developments in Qatar. I bring an engineering foundation, an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution, PRINCE2 certification, C-suite communication skills and practical judgement grounded in both client-side and contractor environments. This blend enables me to frame capital-project challenges as strategic business issues, mobilise cross-functional teams and translate improvement opportunities into executable actions that protect value, accelerate delivery and strengthen client capability.
