Personal bio
Wanjikú Wairia brings almost 30 years of experience in board governance, institutional advisory, and dispute resolution to her role as Founder and Managing Partner of The GAITAN Group Ltd. (TGG), a boutique advisory firm based in Nairobi, Kenya.
As a CIArB-accredited Commercial Mediator, she also serves as Global Ambassador for the PanAfrica Tourism Board (PATBOARD), AFRALTI Principal Faculty for Corporate Governance, Founding Board Chair of Oxfam Kenya, and Non-Executive Director at IEMA Europe.
She is a member of WiADR, IoD Kenya, and TheBoardroom Africa.
