Personal bio

Ahmed Kadih holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B) from the Faculty of Law, Cairo University, obtained in 2006. Since 2007, he has been a licensed attorney in the Arab Republic of Egypt. In 2009, he moved to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to work as a legal advisor, during which time he has served in various industrial, financial, and commercial companies.
Currently, he holds the position of Legal Affairs Director at Holding Company, specializing in the management and acquisition of commercial companies both within and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Ahmed has gained extensive legal experience across a wide range of legal functions and sectors. He specializes in the incorporation of commercial companies of various legal forms, with significant expertise in establishing financial institutions and publicly listed companies. In addition, Ahmed provides legal counsel in matters related to supply agreements, franchise contracts, intellectual property disputes, construction contracts, financing transactions, acquisition deals, securities-related matters, shareholder disputes, financial restructuring, and corporate restructuring operations.
He has over sixteen years of litigation experience in commercial and financial cases, as well as investment disputes before Saudi courts and arbitration tribunals within Saudi Arabia and the GCC countries.
Currently, Ahmed specializes in commercial arbitration. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) in international commercial arbitration, and an accredited arbitrator and mediator at the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA). He is also a listed arbitrator at the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
