Corporate and Arbitration lawyer with over six years of legal experience in Egypt, licensed by the Egyptian Bar Association and holding both an LL.B. and LL.M. from Alexandria University.
My professional background covers corporate and commercial law, M&A, contracts, and cross-border transactions, where I have advised clients on complex deals and regulatory matters. Alongside this, I am building a strong career path in international arbitration and dispute resolution, with a particular focus on commercial and investment-related disputes.
I bring a solid understanding of civil law systems, complemented by focused study and application of common law principles. To broaden my global qualifications, I am currently preparing for the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) in England & Wales to dual-qualify.
