Call for Chartered Arbitrators and Fellows to help identify outstanding practitioners for Fellow membership

Ciarb is launching an initiative to encourage experienced ADR practitioners to apply for Fellow membership through Ciarb’s experience practitioner route and is calling on Chartered Arbitrators and Fellows to volunteer as peer interviewers.   

This initiative aims to grow and strengthen our global community while maintaining the highest professional standards at Fellowship level, and Ciarb would like to engage Chartered Arbitrators and Fellows who are keen to support these aims and who are willing to volunteer their time and expertise to the admissions process.  

No previous experience of interviewing or recruitment is required.

Ciarb will provide interviewers with a guidance document and the candidate’s CV prior to a virtual interview (up to 60 minutes), and the interviewer will determine if the candidate meets the requirements to qualify for Fellowship

We are looking for interviewers to start from mid-April 2026. Peer interviews will likely run through until the end of May 2026.
