Call for feedback: Ciarb’s Guideline on the Use of AI in Arbitration
Ciarb is calling for feedback from Ciarb members, non-member practitioners and the wider ADR community on its Guideline on the Use of AI in Arbitration, which first launched in March 2025.
Since its launch, the Guideline has provided practitioners with a framework for navigating AI's growing and ever-changing role in dispute resolution. AI is moving quickly, and so are its applications in arbitration.
As we mark the first anniversary of the Guideline, Ciarb is inviting our members and other industry stakeholders to contribute to its necessary evolution.
By providing feedback via the link to the form below, you will help us ensure the Guideline remains relevant, applicable, practical, and reflective of the profession's real-world experience.
