GAR Awards 2026 nominations: Ciarb lectures shortlisted

This year’s GAR Awards nominations for ‘Best Lecture or Speech’ have been announced, and multiple Ciarb lectures have made the shortlist.  

The shortlist includes last year’s Alexander Lecture, Arbitrating in an Age of Legal Fracture: Guarding the Realm and System Recalibration, delivered by Professor Dr. Mohamed Abdel Wahab C.Arb FCIArb, the Roebuck Lecture, Damages and Remedies: Responsibilities and Reputation, delivered by Sir Robin Knowles CBE, and Ciarb Australia Branch’s Annual Lecture, Diversity of Expertise in Arbitration: The Past, Present and Future, delivered by Professor Doug Jones AO C.Arb FCIArb.  

Ciarb President, Cesar Pereira C.Arb FCIArb, said: “Ciarb’s thought leadership lies on quality and commitment, as well as the courage to tackle the issues that matter. There could not be better examples than our 2025 lectures.”

The awards ceremony will be held in Paris on 26 March 2026 as part of Paris Arbitration Week.
