Report on Manchester LectureThe Second Manchester Lecture, was held at the Emirates Old Trafford. It is jointly run by The Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (CICES) and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and attracts a full house and top class speakers from around the country.
