As the leading professional body for dispute resolution practitioners, we are passionate about developing and advancing the profession. In line with this, our Royal Charter commits us to “The promotion and dissemination, as a learned society, of a wider knowledge of private dispute resolution by means of meetings, conferences, seminars and lectures and by the publication of relevant materials, including a journal, and other literature”.
There are numerous means by which we seek to fulfil this mission, from conferences, seminars and lectures to disseminate cutting-edge knowledge, to the International Journal of Arbitration, Mediation and Dispute Management which publishes articles on the latest developments in the field. We work with our branches right across the globe and continually add to the body of ADR knowledge and ensure our members are equipped to operate in the ever-changing landscape of dispute management.
