The panel brings together high-ranking representatives from the U.K. and Germany who will share their experiences and perspectives on these important developments and their impact on international dispute resolution. In light of recent reforms to the U.K. Arbitration Act, the panel will also assess what the German ongoing reforms process can learn from the U.K.‘s experience.
