This course will cover:
• Fundamentals of international arbitration
• The UNCITRAL Model Law and Rules
• Enforcement of arbitral awards
• The pathway to Ciarb membership

The programme will be delivered by leading practitioners, Wisal Nema, FCIArb,B.Eng,EPM,PMP. and Mohieeldin Elbanna (LLB, MSc(Hons), MCIArb), who will provide both technical grounding and practical insight.
This course is particularly suited to lawyers, in house counsel, engineers and professionals involved in dispute resolution who wish to formalise and deepen their knowledge in arbitration. Participants will also gain clarity on progression routes towards Ciarb membership.
