The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators has substantial experience in working with partners in delivering training to avoid, manage and resolve disputes. It has three partnership routes under which it can work with other organisations in the delivery of this ADR training:

Recognised Course Providers (RCPs)

As part of its Accredited Partner tier, CIArb operates a Recognised Course Providers (RCP) scheme under which educational institutions can apply to have their modules recognised for CIArb membership purposes.

Course: Candidates who have successfully completed the Australian Certificate IV in Community Services with three mediation related units will be granted an exemption from Introduction and Module 1 (training component) of the CIArb Mediation Pathway and will be eligible to apply to be an Associate of the Institute. Candidates who subsequently complete the Success Institute Certificate of completion will be granted an exemption from Module 1 (assessment component) of the CIArb Mediation Pathway and will be eligible to apply to be a Member of the Institute.

For students who get below 60% (B-) in LW6407 Arbitration Practice and Award Writing thus cannot take LW6409B, they will take LW6409A Dissertation and apply for the membership of CIArb.
