Partnership Programme

The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators has substantial experience in working with partners in delivering training to avoid, manage and resolve disputes. It has two partnership routes under which it can work with other organisations in the delivery of this ADR training:

Recognised Course Providers (RCPs)

As part of its Accredited Partner tier, CIArb operates a Recognised Course Providers (RCP) scheme under which educational institutions can apply to have their modules recognised for CIArb membership purposes.

The RCP scheme is currently under review as part of a wider CIArb training reform. Therefore, CIArb will not be accepting any new applications and will only extended the accreditations of existing partnerships until the reform is completed.

Success Institute of Higher Education and Professional Training, Hong Kong

Course: Candidates who have successfully completed the Success Institute Certificate CHC42015 Australian Certificate IV in Community Services with three mediation related units will be granted an exemption from Introduction and Module 1 (training component) of the CIArb Mediation Pathway and will be eligible to apply to be an Associate of the Institute.

Candidates who subsequently complete all assessment components of the Success Institute Certificate CHC42015 Australian Certificate IV in Community Services will be granted an exemption from Module 1 (assessment component) of the CIArb Mediation Pathway and will be eligible to apply to be a member of the institute.

For students who get below 60% (B-) in LW6407 Arbitration Practice and Award Writing thus cannot take LW6409B, they will take LW6409A Dissertation and apply for the membership of CIArb.
